Faia Brava Landscapes
At Faia Brava Reserve we see a wild landscape, formed by large rounded blocks, scattered at random. This chaos of blocks was formed over time through the influence of the elements that led to the wear of large granite masses.
It is in this landscape that the Côa river opens its way and, when entering this granite plateau with hard rocks of difficult erosion, opens passage in the fracture zones, giving rise to a steep valley with almost inaccessible slopes, fundamental to the nesting of some species of birds.
Next April we will dedicate 2 days to the photography of Faia Brava and Douro International Natural Park landscapes, among with other subjects.
