Please contact us.<\/em><\/p>\n<h6><em>Must add 23% VAT.<\/em><\/h6>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">RECOMMENDATIONS AND PRACTICAL ADVICE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">Use of comfortable clothing and footwear, adapted to the expected climatic conditions, namely: light clothing, thermal (polar) and breathable, a waterproof\/windbreaker and mountain boots with gore-tex, hat or cap and gloves for the cold and pants that allow freedom of movement, sunscreen. Take a bottle for liquids of at least one liter capacity, per person. <span class=\"\">In case of walks lasting more than 3 hours it is advisable to carry a food reinforcement.<\/span> <span class=\"\">Backpack (between 15 and 20 liters capacity). <\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">For this hike we also recommend the use of a pair of walking sticks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Even <span class=\"\">during the summer,<\/span> the weather can deteriorate very sunddenly and become <span class=\"\">somewhat <\/span>harsh: strong winds, low temperatures, fogs.
